Clinician-Led Comfort. Delivered Where Life Happens At Home.
Serious illness is hard.
Getting expert help shouldn't be.
Arizona Palliative Care brings a full medical team to your living room, not just a waiting room. We are a clinician-led practice devoted to relieving the symptoms, stress, and uncertainty of serious illness so you and your family can focus on living well.
Palliative care is not hospice. It is specialized medical care for anyone living with a serious illness, appropriate at any age and any stage, and it can be provided right alongside your ongoing treatment (Warrier et al., JAMA Internal Medicine, 2023; Kelley & Morrison, New England Journal of Medicine, 2015).

Mission & Vision
Compassion without barriers.
Dignity without exception.
Every heartbeat matters. Every patient belongs. These two promises guide how our team cares for every patient and family we meet.
Our Mission
We bring physician-led palliative care to every seriously ill Arizonan, whether at home, at the bedside, or by secure virtual visit. We care for the whole person: body, mind, spirit, and story. We open our doors to every patient who has ever felt unseen by medicine. We honor everyone's background, culture, and identity.
Our Vision
An Arizona where expert, culturally grounded palliative care is a right rather than a privilege, and where neither income nor identity ever determines the quality of a patient's care or the dignity of their care at every stage.

Together, at home
Quality care at home
Home is where
most people want to be.
And the evidence shows it is a place where excellent care can be delivered.
- 01
Better quality of life. Home-based palliative care significantly improves quality of life for patients with advanced and serious illness. (Feliciano & Reis-Pina, Journal of Pain and Symptom Management, 2024; Rupang et al., Cancer Nursing, 2025)
- 02
Fewer hospital trips. Patients receiving palliative care at home have fewer hospital admissions, fewer emergency department visits, and shorter stays when hospitalization is needed. (Feliciano & Reis-Pina, Journal of Pain and Symptom Management, 2024; Bower et al., Journal of Palliative Medicine, 2024)
- 03
Expert symptom control where you live. In-home teams improve management of pain and other symptoms, including breathlessness, and support day-to-day function. (Pask et al., Palliative Medicine, 2025)
- 04
Care that honors your wishes. Home-based palliative care makes it far more likely that patients who wish to remain at home are able to do so. (Feliciano & Reis-Pina, Journal of Pain and Symptom Management, 2024)
- 05
Support for the whole family. We include caregivers in the plan with education, counseling, and coordination that ease the weight of caring for someone you love.
